  • Are you doing the drops, spray or injections? When doing this program you are not hungry on the VLCD the drops force your body to feed off of the fat that you have stored. Thats why there is usually no hunger involved. I am 1 week away from going back onto Phase 2 which is the VLCD. I have been on the maintenance plan and…
