  • I needed to lose around 285 pounds and I still have over 100 to go. You can do it! Feel free to add me, check out my diary and ask me any questions you have either here or via private message. If you are looking for general tips, check out the one and only topic I've posted …
  • This is the place for bragging, and you earned it! Great job
  • Exact same thing here. I think if you only want to do two, you should absolutely keep the calorie counting and just pick either exercise or healthy eating. If you don't know the calories you are putting in, it can be very hard to lose weight or even to simply get your body the nutrition it needs.
  • You look awesome! Well done
  • Sweat isn't necessarily attractive, but someone busting their butt and pushing themselves towards a better future sure is
  • Yep! Looks like a helpful admin moved it for us
  • I don't use much ice... only a 2-3 cubes at a time and I never have a problem.

  • I have a Magic Bullet that I use quite often. The one I have works great for single servings but isn't really helpful if you want to make large batches. I find it most useful when I work from home and I can make one-off smoothies or when I go on vacation it fits easily in any bag and lets me eat healthy in a hotel room.…

  • I topped out at 510 pounds.... I'm at around 335-340ish now. I have quite a bit of loose skin in my belly and inner thighs area, and it's still getting saggier and looser. Under arms aren't too bad and seem to have shrunk down more than the other two spots. It is what it is... I definitely have plastic surgery in my…
  • Hi! There is no way to target a specific area for weight loss. The best way to do it is to just continue losing and have patience. I know, it sucks  Also, this was probably posted in the wrong forum... this board is for technical problems with the app/website. You might not get many responses here.
  • I've had similar situations in the past. Theme parties etc where it was very hard for me to look the part and still feel comfortable. And I definitely feel you on the $$ part - buying clothes that you know you won't wear again is a tough thing to do. What I have done, and what I still do for themed evenings is go to your…
  • Me too! That's why I stopped tracking sugar!
  • I'm guessing you already tried the locator on their site? http://www.bellplantation.com/locator/ If no luck there you might be stuck with shipping etc. :(
  • Quoted for truth. When I started my crunches were little more than a very slight movement on my part. Now I take a 30 min crunch class twice a week and I feel like a pro, You can do it!
  • I love it! Makes an amazingly flavorful addition to my shakes.
  • This concludes the weekly test. We now return you to your regularly scheduled postings.
  • BEEEEEEEEEEEEEP This is a test. bm99 is conducting a test of the your sarcasm detectors. This is only a test. BEEEEEEEEEEEEEP
  • Thank you for this haha
  • Awww don't wish that! Beautiful friends are a gift, just use it to motivate yourself! Edited to say.... don't give up! Keep getting healthy and stay positive - the confidence, self esteem and even a job can naturally follow.
  • How many calories do body wraps burn? There's your answer.
  • I look at it like this. I don't expect to be friends with every single person I meet, and my standards for a buddy are less rigid than for someone I would date. So if every person I meet isn't likely to be a friend match, why would I ever expect most of the people I date turn out to be a love match? With that in mind, I…
  • Hahaha! I now officially ♥ you!
  • I've never tried them. I have a pretty liberal stance on substance use, but after I saw the A&E Intervention episode with the kid who was abusing bath salts it was pretty clear that even if they could be used safely and in moderation there was no way the risk was worth however they make you feel. To see someone really…
  • So first we had this: And then we had this: So to summarize your well-thought out post... most people in this thread are disgusting, and maybe we need to stop calling people disgusting. Thanks for that Aaron257.
  • I'm incredibly happy now, but I'll be happier when..... I can take my shirt off at the beach and know the looks from other people are because I'm a sexy beast and not because I look like a freak
  • Good questions. I don't mean massive, no-go muscle cramps. Definitely more like really painfully tight with occasional one second involuntary contractions in my calves. Hard enough so that if I don't slow down and or dramatically alter my stride it would soon get to "pointed-position" feet. I keep telling myself it's…
  • Interesting. Thanks for your reply. I should also add some more info... the water intake was over the entire day (up at 7am) and my run was at 10pm. I've never run 4.5 before but I feel like if I didn't have cramps I could probably manage at least another mile or two. It's frustrating when you have the energy and will to…
  • It varies with me... I've definitely experienced the awful first mile, but other times it just seems to pass by without any problem. My guess is it just has to do with how well I warm up (as others have suggested). Now if I could just get my calves to stop cramping after mile 3 I'd be all set! I've tried many things... For…
  • Yep, I know the feeling. Keep pushing yourself a little bit each time and you will surprise yourself :)
