Just completed day 4, cardio recovery.... Are you supposed to sweat so much from stretching or is it just me? Now tucking into steak, salad, natural yoghurt and berries. Mmmmmm.... How is everyone else doing!?

Definitely start again jujubar! I did day 2, I don't think I've ever ached this much from a workout- and I've done tonnes. I know it wont get easier but I cant wait till my body is more used to it! I've been told off for saying I want to be eating under or around 1000 too and felt a little puzzled. So I have just switched some foods up that are higher calorie but are healthy fats and oils. Okay so today I really did my research on low GI foods and I'm going to give that a go. Hopefully this will help. I'm also upping my exercise and aiming to net 1200+ with exercise and everything. Today went pretty well, I think. Cant wait to go grocery shopping with my new low GI list- so many new recipes to try!

I think your mother needs a new dietician. My partner and his mother are both diabetic, he is type 1 and his mum type 2. They can only drink coke zero or other diet drinks as the 12 or so tsp of sugar in one can of full fat soda would be awful for them! I tried the brazilian bum lift, but found that they went into fast routines very quickly. I didn't think I was so uncoordinated! I ended up having a bad work out as i couldn't follow the routine :(. I seriously am buying a Wii May 1st.
