1200calories seems too low. At some point ( I believe it is the 1200 range) your metabolism will slow down. Your body say that is is in a starvation mode and stores as much energy as possible. I.m currently in my 12th week of my second round of P90x. I have been doing a hybrid for most of this round (using Insanity for cardi days). I will developing a new hybrid for about a month (more Insanity) then on to round 3.

I wouldn't over think it. The main thing is that you completed your workout. If you are going to workout later today then count it as yesterday's workout.
