@bunnyhatescar, I think I might be a little confused... Did you mean that you divide total calories by total grams to get calories per gram. Why do you then multiply by 100? Example: Crock-pot chicken I made last night- 925 calories for 743 grams. That equates to 1.25 calories per gram. After multiplying by 100 I get…

I've heard before that drinking diet soda affects your brain's ability to equate sweetness with calories. Perhaps this is why I notice that when I am good about limiting or eliminating my diet soda intake I don't eat nearly as many sweets.

Thanks for putting this together! Can i ask why there are values for the warm up sets after bent-over row? I thought for Overhead Press and below you were only supposed to do working sets. Sorry if this is a stupid question, I'm still trying to learn the program. Thanks!

I would love to create a T25/CLX hybrid! That way you get the best of both worlds..cardio and weight! I also though have no idea how to approach creating a hybrid schedule.

I'm in burn week 3 and I use 10 to warm up and then between 8 and 20 for the workout depending on upper body vs lower body. My triceps are pretty weak so I use 8 lbs but am around 10-15 for the rest of the upper body exercises.

I also go to Title and love it! Like most of the previous posts I think that it's a great cardio workout with a little strength benefit. To supplement my strength training, I've started to incorporate the You are Your Own Gym program 3 days a week and have noticed a big difference! Hope that helps. :)

The bodymedia team updated my account information I guess and switched me to the non-Jenny Craig subscription and the app is now there and linked. Simple enough fix!

I just got my armband from Amazon tonight...same problem. I emailed customer service and got a response stating that the MFP app isn't available to Jenny Craig clients. I responded stating that I'm not a Jenny Craig client and for them to advise how to solve the situation. I'll report back what happens.
