T25 Hybrid Ideas?

I'd love for people ideas for possible T25 hybrids they have. I've been thinking about T25 and Brazil Butt Lift.
I'd love to blend T25 and Turbofire. I have no idea how to create hybrid schedules, but it's fun to think about.

I would love to create a T25/CLX hybrid! That way you get the best of both worlds..cardio and weight!

I also though have no idea how to approach creating a hybrid schedule.

There's a guide over on teambeachbody.com by Tony Horton in the forums section (it's a sticky) on how to put together a hybrid schedule. A few pointers he gives are:

    1. The two programs should be of equal intensity (for example mixing Insanity's cardio workouts with Power 90 strength workouts doesn't work, but mixing Insanity's cardio workouts with P90X's does).

    2. He also stresses the importance of rest. Don't mix a a program that revolves around weight training with cardio workouts that don't permit proper recovery from those strength workouts. An example would be if doing a P90X/Insanity hybrid you could substitute Plyometric Cardio Circuit for the P90X cardio workouts because it has more of a lower body bias so your upper body muscles will still get ample recovery, but you should omit Cardio Power & Resistance because it has much more of an upper body bias so your upper body muscles won't be able to recover properly from the weight training days.

CLX is not really a good base for a hybrid program because of its full body circuit training format. You couldn't replace the cardio workouts in CLX with something higher intensity because the strength workouts are full body and very demanding of rest. You won't see any better results and could actually make yourself more prone to injury as a result.
  • I made my own Insanity and Turbo Fire workouts and loved it! I actually got awesome results from it too. Both workouts had about the same intensity and the only difference was the resistance bands in TF. An example from one day of my schedule would be Pure Cardio and Tone 30. The only reason why I did make a crazy hybrid schedule was to break out of my plateau and I did bc I pushed my body passed it. My advice on creating a hybrid schedule is to know how long you want your schedule to be, what days to rest, and combining the programs you love!
  • I am doing T25 and adding BBL 3 Days a wk (high and tight 2 days a wk and Sculpt 1 day).
