I don't drink enough water or should I say I hardly drink water. Im working on changing this! I drink a lot of coffee from morning to noon about 32 ounces plus other fluids. Im aiming for 8-10 glasses of water a day at 8 ounces each. I made it half way to my goal today and drank much less coffee!

I don't have the money to spend on a gym membership and then trying to find something to do with my daughter who is 9 years old equals to much stress. I use my elliptical from home and have a few dvds. I also have an ab roller which I have had for years and need to start using it again! Home workouts are great if you can…

Count me in! I do log on daily but logging my food diary is another story. I find it difficult at times to log what I have eaten and I would like to become more accountable! Please feel free to add me as a friend also!

I love doing the freezer thing too! That way before work in the morning you only have to dump everything in the crockpot turn it on and go to work! I find most of these on Pinterest!

Its tough to get motivated but I started out small. I found that when I forced myself to do 20 minutes on the treadmill 6 days a week, it eventually became routine. Then I was able to increase my time until I was eventually at 45-60 minutes 6 days a week. It was so routine that It was difficult to not do it on the 7th day!…
