I dont change my form to target a particular muscle. I find the position where I am the strongest to do that lift. For the bench press it is usually somewhere in the middle where pecs and tris are being engaged and neither is overpowering the other. I think a juicer to get in your servings of veggies is a legitimate use. I have troubles getting in mine and I only like a few types that I end up eating all the time. It sounds like a lot of work to me so I would probably do better buying the juice.

What is it about running fruits and veggies through a machine that makes people think it imbues the juice with healing cleansing powers? Does chewing the veggies with your teeth not work? Ninjas eat rice....'nuff said. :) Seriously though nothing makes you fat unless you eat to much. Try to fit it in if you enjoy it. Brown rice is fine if you like it but it is not significantly different in calories and the extra nutrients are negligible after digestion.

Yep this^ I have no doubt people looked up and noticed you but your interpretation of what they were thinking is all yours. Someone comes into the weightlifting section you look up and see them. Then go back to your workout.
