You are right- I really don't know how much I'm eating with certainity. While I was in school I was using measuring cups instead of a scale. Most things like eggs, salmon, or oatmeal I just follow the serving sizes packages. I've heard that scales are the only true way to know, but it seemed like a stretch for this amount…
