Use this rule of thumb. One cup of lettuce loosely put into a cup = 1/2 cup. Put the amount you would like to eat .......after you have figured out how manys cups and put it onto a plate to get a visual of what it looks like. Try to use the same plate each time. This has totatlly worked for me, without constantly measuring…

I joined over 30 days ago, and could use some good support friends as well. WELCOME. I invited some of my personal friends and I seem to be the only one dedicated to doing this. We can all do this together if we have a good support system. Count me in. I welcome any new friends also.

I try not to eat that many carbs in the evening. Usually I work on pushing for more protein.

What killed me on the sodium was the one cup of cottage cheese. I thought I'd get lots protein, which I did, but wow I did not look at the sodium. It was ton 880 mg. YUCK. I surely need to watch that, sodium for sure.

I have been at this 6 days now, logging everything I put in my mouth. Doing good most days. Looking foward to next week to see how I do.
