Well I really love Cherry Garcia but I'm not a huge huge ice cream lover to have it everyday or even every week. I like the Oreo blizzards from DQ so cookies n cream and even just plain Neopolitan. :p

No wonder when I drink unsweetened iced tea with sweet n low I am bouncing off the walls! See I knew that it wasn't just the caffeine! It really does make me in a happy mood! Even though studies have shown it really isn't good for you, but then what is!? Guess I should make me some iced tea at home to jump start my day!

Thank you for your kind words. He is actually really good to me. I may have made it sound like he's controlling. Perhaps he is? I just think he has spoiled me and I got too comfortable, and so I gained weight. Yeah I wish he would work out with me, it would be motivational to do it together since we do everything else…

You can add me if you want. I too feel depressed sometimes and have been having a hard time getting back into shape. Perhaps we can motivate each other?

Also, forgot to add that I feel like when I DO workout...my mind tells me I'm wasting my time. On Thursday I hopped on the treadmill for 20 minutes fast walking and I cried the whole time. My mind tells me I won't lose weight. Why is this happening?

Add me too! 175 trying to get back to my 145 goal weight. I gained it back, food is so good. :( Let's motivate each other! I started yesterday with eating clean and exercising.
