I'm 31, only have 15lbs to lose but really looking to speed up the rate of loss now. I just read that 30 day shred is def better for weight loss than ripped in 30 which is mainly about building muscle? Anyone done both and can comment?

Yes as much as possible. The up/ down days have only been these last couple of weeks. Until then i was pretty strict, exercising nearly every day, and eating less cals. The up and down days have happened since i realized that just wasn't working and i wasn't losing bugger all lol
