Trying to work out a rough idea of calories burned doing each of these. I spin poi and fire poi, usually for 30+ mins at a time, and also hula for about 10 - 20 mins at a time.

Did my first day of Couch to 5k :)
I did my first day today, intervals of 1 min run, 1 /12 min walk, 5 mins warm up and cool down. What should my macros be set to?
For now I am set to eat 1,300 calories per day and eat some back if i exercise. I don't eat meat, and probably only eat fish once a week if that, so i'm wondering what my macros carbs, protein, sugar etc should be set to and if these are the most important things to track? I'm 130lb, and 5'6.

I was recommended this free app by a friend and used it for the first time today on my first outdoor run. I ran 30 mins to a friend's house and 30 mins back. weighing food, seriously?
I'm confused how people do this. If I am about to eat greek yoghurt the last thing i want to do is weigh it... that causes washing up and wastes the bit of yoghurt that is left in the scale when i'm finished weighing. How do you go by weekly calories instead of daily?
Sometimes I am up on my calories, and sometimes below. I'd like to know on average what my calories per week should be and if i can measure it that way instead? I exercise 5 - 6 times per week, burning between 200 - 700 calories each time. My goal is set to 1,300 calories per day currently, in order to lose weight.

OK to work out when achey?
I am drumming for a few hours tonight, but my body really aches from my 60 min TRX session with a trainer yesterday. Mostly aches around my ribs and back of arms. Will I be ok to drum do you think? Never quite sure if i should rest when i feel achey or if it's best to do more exercise.

Protein shake substitute?
I just bought the "measure up" cafe latte flavour meal replacement shake mix tub from asda for £4. Apparently it has whey protein in it, and is 203 calories per serving, 18.1 protein, 21.6 carbs (5.2 of which sugars). Is this any good as a substitute for the expensive (£29.99) whey protein tubs i see down at my local gym?
