Hiya,
Trying to add the 20 mins running i did on the treadmill at gym this am but cannot find it in the database. Is there another term for it?

Running. Then pick your pace (MPH).

I use the walking and then the pace, cause I am slow, 3.0 max.

Many people just input "running", select the correct speed you were going at to get the calories and then creating your own treadmill exercise by clicking on "My exercises". However, if you used an HRM, or you took note of the calories burned from the treadmill itself, you don't have to do a search to find that out as you already know it and so can create your own exercise straight away.

Once you have created your own treadmill exercise and input the calories, it remains within your own database and you can then select it and change the time you spent on it and the calories burned each time :)

Actually, I use this one: Stair-treadmill ergometer, general. I don't know if that's correct, but it has treadmill in the title! You can adjust the time and calories to fit your workout, but it usually is pretty close to the machine's tally.
