ugh fell off the wagon completely!

I ate an entire 140g bag of revels this evening!!:noway: I only meant to eat a handful but just couldn't stop and before i knew it they were all gone!! I think partly because i haven't had any chocolate cravings since i started focusing on my calories over a month ago, so i was due an outburst, and also it's my time of the month and maybe subconsciously i craved it. Can I make up for this by exercising loads tomorrow and not eating those cals back, or have i stuffed it completely|?:frown:

    Don't beat yourself up over this. Mark it as a bad day, start fresh tomorrow and maybe workout longer if that would help to regain your focus.

    I generally try to balance things out over the week. That way a bad day doesn't feel so terrible.

    I had a look at your diary and I think you probably need some more protein so you are feeling satisfied for longer. Give it a try to see if it helps.

    Keep at it - these things take time and you look like you don't have a lot to lose so it is even harder.

    Your diet is high in carbs and low in protein. We are all different but for me, when I eat alot of carbs it makes me crave and binge!!! That being said, I don't do low carbs, I just try to eat more protein. Also you do not have alot of weight to lose. Maybe put your weight loss at 0.5 pounds a week in order to feel less deprived :) good luck
