Hiya, I wonder if anyone can recommend a good all in one supplement (non-gelatin coated), or preferably just foods that contain a lot of, the b vitamins especially b12, b6, and biotin?
Neither of my parents went grey until well into their 50's, and yet i started at around 28 and now have loads, it's horrrid! Also, I have a reccuring mild rash that appears around the corners of my mouth, usually around my "time of the month", but has lasted this time for about 2 months. I think both are probably related to a lack of the above vitamins.
I know seaweed, eggs, white bread, pasta, beans, and legumes are supposed to contain these, but anything else? No meat though (fish is fine). Thanks x

you can find a good vitamin b complex that should have all in there. Go for nature's way brand because they're the best on your stomach0
