OK to work out when achey?

I am drumming for a few hours tonight, but my body really aches from my 60 min TRX session with a trainer yesterday. Mostly aches around my ribs and back of arms. Will I be ok to drum do you think? Never quite sure if i should rest when i feel achey or if it's best to do more exercise.
