Does everyone use a HRM to track the calories and then add them in? I would like to know more about what people do with them.... Also I read a lot of raves on here about the FITBIT, available at Best Buy and wherever else for about $100.

I went there.... my advice is take a food vacation! My resort food was delicious, not to mention the free-flowing rum and wine.... ENJOY YOUR VACATION! Work hard when you get back ;) If you really want to be good, then YES, just drink 1-2 glasses of water before you eat and try to eat a lot of the protein :)

I drink Tazo Earl Grey Tea (deeelish) and Visalus powder in whatever drink I want... works for me :)

Im on Day 4 of Level 2 :) Can I suggest something ladies? If you have enough to lose then do Level 1 TWICE! I did it twice before moving on (with a few days in between) and I lost 17lbs from just level 1 the 2 times. BTW Im 5foot4 and started at 162 Lbs.

The B**** at Juicy Couture that asked when I was due and touched my stomach..... wow I heard of that happening but never thought it would happen to me! Also, going into stores and trying stuff on and never finding anything that looked good :( But 17lbs down now :)

I thought it was weird because I didn't think you could have too much protein (especially in a 1400 cal diet) but was confused when MFP was telling me it was too much. Lots of good advice here :) But my amazing cheat to make the pain disappear fast: Voltaren Muscle Gel from the Pharmacy section. You just rub it on and you will instantly forget about the pain :) Try it.

There is a spot on here to log your food and exercise... and when you work out it adds calories to your daily intake.... watch and pay attention to the food you should be adding. Try adding lemons to your water and make sure you get the 8 glasses a day.... especially drink the water before you eat, as it really fills you up. Also watch your serving sizes! I did it a few years ago, also on VHS. I was only 17 years old but I lost 3" around my stomach within a week without changing food habits and only doing 30mins a day. I will do it again after my 30 day shred with Jillian Micheals.
