I just did a 10 min booty shaking workout and it hurts so bad! It looks easy and doesn't look intense at all. Just 10 mins and I'm feeling major pains in my lower back tonight, crazy.

Drink lots of water, and fill up with a salad before you eat. Put low-cal dressing or a homemade vinegrette (I love Catalina Cal-wise) and cucumbers, spinich, mushrooms and other veggies are practically 0 calories. EAT A LOT OF THAT SALAD! I also haven't done it! But my BF is going to start today... good luck to him. I think he is just going to start with 30 mins a day. Could I suggest that you start with a little 30DS just to better ease into insanity? Try each level for a couple days and see?

Im going to try doing at least 1 video for the 10 mins with my 30DS and see how I like it. Can anyone attest to the calories they burn doing these? Please include your height and weight with your calories lost and the time frame pretty please :) I am 5'4'' and about 146lbs.

I am doing the 30 Day Shred by Jillian Micheals so I guess a HRM is what I'm after. When I'm done this workout I will be starting another one as well..

BUMP! My man wants suggestions. He doesn't have weight to lose he is pretty buff in the chest already but wants to be CHISELLED. Bulk up the arms too :) 20-30 minutes preferred. Should he just do Insanity for a half hour or is there something else? Thanks!
