MEN! What workout video are you using?

I would appreciate some suggestions about what video workout you're using. My wife has some but I would prefer to use something geared towards men. Relevant input is greatly appreciated.

Initially, weight loss. I've got a long way to go but I'm committed (100 lbs goal). I really don't want something that's easy, I want to be challenged. I'm currently walking everyday on my treadmill, minimum of 30 minutes at 3.0 mph. Does this help? Thanks for the prompt reply.0

Good job on the cardio. What's your diet like? If we're talking weight loss, cardio is a drop in the bucket when compared to diet. You can't out-train bad nutrition.0

I believe my nutrition is good. I used the fat to fit radio calculation. 1.5 pounds per week. This combined with MFP has really helped me monitor my intake and opened my eyes to what I normally used to eat. Less processed and more time in the kitchen for a truly healthy diet.0

P90X - muscle building w/cardio sidebar
P90X Plus - Would not recommend this until you've done one of the above...0 -
I like to watch reruns of Burn Notice while I'm riding my trainer. Does that count?0

BUMP! My man wants suggestions. He doesn't have weight to lose he is pretty buff in the chest already but wants to be CHISELLED. Bulk up the arms too 20-30 minutes preferred. Should he just do Insanity for a half hour or is there something else?
