I would just try different sources for protein snacks....like cottage cheese and wheat thins, or a cheese stick. When buying a protein bar try to watch the sugar…
  • HI. I love Wasa bread. It is found in the cracker aisle! It is low carb/calorie and you can put about anything imanginable on it! Try this... 2 Wasa crackers 2oz of chicken/turnker deli meat 2tbs of feta cheese a couple cherry tomatoes.... serve with a serving of fruit and a veggie~ Yummos~ Enjoy!
