  • Im on level 3...it is so wonderful.....I can't believe how well it works! Good luck and make sure you take pictures. Keep in mind you won't see a huge weight loss from this unless your doing cardio on top of it...but oh boy the inches just melt off!
  • Great job! im about half way done with it....i love it and ummmm hate it too! I see the difference....It's crazy...i've always have run or done the elliptical...but just in a few days see more of a change than i ever expected. It's totally worth the 30 minutes a day! :)

  • Depends....how healthy do you want to be!? If you eat 1200 calories of fried foods, candy and junk food versus 1200 caloires of clean foods like salads, lean protein..ect...how will you feel. Crazy when you cut your carbs and start eating clean how much you lose quicker...same calories but so much healthier and wholesome…
