It's a work out video by Jillian Michaels. It really works all muscle groups with added cardio in it. You can find all the levels on You Tube...the key is to do 10 days of each level for a total of 30 days! That explains why you looks so good! The 30DS is a little tricky as you do need to do other cardio along with it! It really does focus on great muscle groups but doesn't burn enough calories to really lose some weight! Great job those double workouts are tough!

Oh my yes! I started doing it on the days i couldn't get to the gym...so maybe did 7 work outs total.....but now im determined to do the whole 30 days...By Just doing the odd days i already saw a great change...Remember this is not for weight loss...although it will come...but this workout is planned to build lean muscle…

Try the 30 day shred by Jillian Micheals....it is an awesome workout and only takes 30 minutes.....so easy to do! ...well after you get over that feeling your going to die! haha!

Thats awesome! Im also doing her workout...i was starting to do the whole 30 day thing on the first level then I had another MFP friend tell me that the shred part was really 10 days ...level 1, 10 days level 2, and 10 days level 3~ .....anyone else do it this way...or 30 days for one level! ?

This is awesome to hear everyones opinions! I like the idea of cheat meals! I asked because i have a friend that does this faithfully and has had lots of luck with it....but again im very nervous that having a cheat day would throw me off too! thanks everyone for your feedback!

Have you tried the sugar free jello pudding...it is so yummy and will take away your need for chocolate...I sometimes top it with some semi chocolate chips. Also sugar free jello is great substitute as well.... oh and a banana with peanut butter hits the spots for me too!

I hear ya....I had on a really nice under shirt for my sweater today and it was so big i felt frumpy..,,,it is a nice feeling to have!

Thanks everyone...Yea...I wasn't convince it was a blood sugar issue until i actually cut out all my sugar...even fruit...It will be interesting to see if they come back after the 14 day start. I hope not!

Be careful with this....not that your going into starving mode by just skipping one meal......but it will mess with your metabolism something awful...everything i read strongly suggest you eat 5 to 6 small meals a day (200-300 calories)...If you skip a meal you may find your self famished and over eat at the next…
