Exercise! AS you continue to drop weight the inches will come off...Remember Men burn calories differently then woman..He may be just putting on more muscle...Keep going! With time and commitment you will see a "new looking you" soon!

Mix it up...I like the Life Waters...on sale this week at Meijer (Michigan) for .$69! Find how you like water....I cant do super cold and i do better with bottled water than from the tap. Also....try putting 8 rubberbands on a glass...take one off everytime you drink a full glass...you"ll be happy taking that last band off!

Great Job...keep it up. My husband didn't see much weight loss after two rounds of P90X and one round of insanity...but I say he had a total body transformation. P90X! It's worth every penny! My husband did 2 session of it..and then followed it by Insanity...and he looks wonderful!

Good for you! This site is amazing! But...it still takes effort on your part....try to log your food every day! It will help you keep accountable for what you eat. Good luck!

Just remember you can't be 100% sure what your body burns as our bodies are all different...so becareful on believing what your machine tells you burn...and even MFP isn't 100% correct... you may be actually eating more than you need. I would stick to your calorie goal...1500 or whatever it may be...and if you exercise…

My machine says I burn a whole lot more. Just curious...i would like to think I am really burning what my machine says! haha i.e 45min...~850cals...MPF says...about 550

HI...I don't have pics...but my husband just finished his first round of insanity and he looks really amazing...he did two rounds of P90x before insanity(two year period)....all said...after 11 years of marriage I never knew he had a six pack capability!

HI...I've made a daily calorie intake goal for me. I have my MPF set to 1200 calories....if I exercise that day i will eat the calories back up to a total of 1500 calories total intake. If i don't exercise that day i try to stay under 1500. See if you can figure out a good calorie intake based on your metabolism and weight…

I really like Tosca Reno's book...."The eat-clean DIET recharged". She really explains nutrition and eating healthy in a fun way and it's easy to follow. Some of the recipes our complex...but you can adjust them to your cooking and budget needs... Once you get her concept...everything else is easy!
