Walking is a from of cardio, no matter how low level it may be for some folks. For those starting out walking is great and does help. So keep up the good work.

Nice statement Dave. I am using the FitBit and I have really noticed a difference on what they post and what is posted here, so I tend to lean towards the FitBit.
