i just ate a 80 calorie wheat bun with black forest ham, mustard, romaine, and a weight watchers swiss cheese wedge! simple, but quick and easy and only 140 cals!

i looked up the pink diet.. it's basically a scam. it just gives you healthy recipes and work out DVD's. better off saving your money and going to the gym or buying a jillian michaels work out DVD. they are like $10 at walmart or target!

i honestly don't pay attention to my sodium or sugar. to some that may be bad, but i do what works for me. i try my best to eat healthy foods and at the end of the day i'm still eating way healthier than i used to. maybe someday i will start watching those things, but for now i just focus on calories.

sounds yummy! last week i decided that i'm going to try to slowly go to a vegetarian diet, and from there maybe to vegan. i'm trying to learn as i go and find as many recipes that i like so that i'm not just running back to old habits. thanks for sharing!

i will start today with you! i've had it for a while too :blushing: i've been wanting to do it, but i was sick for a whole week which really put a hold on my exercise. soo i'm ready to get back to exercising and up for something challenging! and the 30 day shred is definitely a challenge lol!
