I think it could be possible, but you would have to work your butt off. You would have to completely dedicate yourself to healthier lifestyle. I would give yourself a 6 month window to lose 30 lbs. You may lose it before, but that way if you don't you aren't upset with yourself.

I try to think that I may look stupid now, but once I hit my goal I will forget how dumb I looked while I worked out lol. Seriously no one is going to remember what you looked like working out. I don't even pay attention to other people at the gym.

I buy the Michigan Small Curd brand. I mix it with pineapple, dip wheat thins in it, put it on salads, or mix it with cucumber and salt and pepper!

I had the same problem when I first started 2.5 weeks ago. I have found that the longer you stick with it, the easier it gets. Some days it is even hard for me to get to my calorie goal. Make sure you are eating food with protein at every meal. It really helps keep you full.

I've always drank coffee. I usually drink it black during the week and sometimes on the weekends I will go to Starbucks and treat myself to a nonfat iced caramel macchiato. It has never slowed my weight loss.
