Well, today is Saturday and I purposely do nothing, but my M-F routine is 5-10 minutes of rowing to work my shoulders and back, and then 40 minutes on the treadmill.
Have to start mixing in some weights soon, but one step at a time!0 -

walked the dogs for 30 mins - blooming cold day -
fed my horse so that meant 15 mins in the cold.. surely that burns calories? lol

4 planks at 10 seconds (I'm starting out on them so don't laugh :flowerforyou: )
and am planning some crunches and sit ups for the saturday challenge, some tricep work too..

Today I did an hours circuit class that consisted of a lot of running then stopping and doing mountin climbers/berpees/lunges/squats etc etc- It were ace. This afternoon I am going to whack on some tunes and clean the house from top to bottom.0

Ran 11.80 miles, normall do 13 plus on Sat...13 mins of ellip and 300 pushups and ab work and strecthing all before the sun came up. Doing a body flow class later0

Today is rest day, yesterday I ran 8.4 miles and very proud of it. :happy:
Wow! I applaud you. Currently I am in a learn to run clinic and I am only able to run 3.5kms...which is only around 2 miles... That means you ran over 13km....
Wow...I hope one day that I can do that too! You deserve a rest day after that....
I started at 1 mile! lol now I'm training for a half marathon and Fridays are my "long run days." It's so intimidating but after I finish I feel so invincible I'm on a high the rest of the day! :laugh:0 -
8 x 5 lowbar squats at 90kg. Learning to lowbar, so going nice and light. Followed it up with a tasty 5 miler

I tried Zumba for Wii for the first time. After only 8 minutes I was out of breath and drenched but I'm still proud of myself0

30 Mins on Stepping with light handweights

I **ran** for 30 seconds during my 5 minute treadmill jaunt. I haven't run in a year or more. It hurt, but my ankle held up fine-ish.
I did 5 minutes treadmill at 3.5 mph
I did 5 minutes recumbent bike at resistance 11.
I did 40 minutes on the cross trainer at 11/80 -
Did an hour of weights at the gym, went home and did insanity!0
