I was the same way in regard to how precise my calories were logged. Sounds like a good plan. Just be sure to give it enough time for your body to adjust and don't freak out about fluctuations on the scale for a few weeks. As a matter of fact, put the scale away for a month or two!

1: What you need is a Fitbit or BodyMedia or something similar. HRM's are only good for steady state cardio, when you heart rate is constantly elevated. 2: Measure/weigh EVERYTHING you eat. You may be eating more than you think.

Sadly, this was NOT the case for me ... I was 137lbs the morning I went into the hospital for a scheduled c-section. Had a 6lb 10oz baby, came home 4 days later and weighed 142lbs. :sad:
