Weigh-in day is Monday ... not looking forward to it.

I go for my morning walk just before sunrise ... whatever time that might be (depends on the time of year). Right now, sunrise is somewhere around 7:15AM. I don't like to go out while it's still dark outside.

Something my husband tells me all the time when I am running short on patience: Take the time to appreciate and enjoy the process, and don't focus so much on the end result. Take it one day at a time and learn to enjoy the ride :flowerforyou:

I take an official weight every Monday morning, regardless of gain or loss, hydrated or not. As long as the general trend is going in the right direction, that's all that matters to me.

I've had many fails starting on a Monday or new month, or new year. When a person is READY to commit, ANY day/time is a good place to start.

1: I don't cut anything out, I just eat less of it. 2: Over-estimate calories consumed, under-estimate calories burned. 3: TDEE - 15-20% (That translates to about 1800-2100 calories consumed daily)
