    I used to be horrible at cooking steaks. I educated myself and now I honestly think I cook the best steak ever. Little things make a big difference in how it tastes.

    I grew up on a dairy farm and I always knew when money was super tight because all we'd have to eat was steak, potatoes from the garden and milk. I HATED steak for the longest time! Now, I'd give anything to have meat straight from the farm....the stuff in the store is soooo gross!!!
