I don't have regularly planned cheat days, but there have been moments of weakness where I over indulged. When this happens, I just eat less over the next few days to "pay back" those calories.

I lift 3x a week (M-W-F). When I first started, I was so sore, I could barely move, let alone walk. One day of rest between lifts (sometimes 2) is plenty. Watermelon and pickled jalapenos (but NOT together, tho) :laugh: I would go out and buy the biggest seedless watermelon I could find, cut it in half, and dig in with a spoon.
