2 questions: 1: I don't track sugar, so can I substitute sodium instead? 2: I don't typically do cardio, but lift weights 5x/wk. Lifting burns less immediate calories, so how do I make this challenge work? Or am I SOL and just have to wait for the next challenge? :cry:

I'm a little late to the game, but these are my numbers pulled off of my BodyMediaFit account. I am currently away from home and have no access to a gym for my normal routine, which is weight lifting, so I have to compensate by walking/jogging as my routine until I get back home. Depending on my mood, I walk/jog anywhere…

I have a magic bullet. While it works, I don't LOVE it. I always end up having chunks of ice in my shakes or chunks of frozen fruit in my smoothies. I like the mason jar idea, so I will have to try that with my full size blender.

I just bought some mahi-mahi patties recently that's pretty good too. The Costco nearest my house doesn't carry it, so I have to go to the one across town that has them to get some more :o(
