  • Try avocados! After eating a serving (half) I always feel satisfied, not full but I don't feel like snacking anymore. Plus they contain fat soluble vitamins which aids in the absorption of other nutrients... maximizes your absorption potential!   • I'm 5' 7'' and weigh around 150-155. I have both sizes 8 and 6 from the GAP and usually wear a medium top, but I have small and large in my closet too! It depends on the brand and how I want the shirt to fit.
