I start my HRM as soon as i step on a machine. as far as when i stop counting....ususally i wait until i "cool down" and my heart rate is below 100bpm and close to my resting heart rate....

typically before the munchies kick in i am around 900-1000 calories after dinner

i used to teach spin........the trick is to tuck ur pelvis under so ur not riding on ur lady parts. as far as bum pain from my experience gel pads/seats/pants dont help all that much. stick with it it DOES get better i promise

depression caused by the pressure from my mom as a child to be thin (no one will ever marry you if your fat like you are, you will never make anything of yourself unless you are pretty...etc) then lost weight in college then after college i worked 4 jobs 72+ hours a week and a bad diet.....

this happens to me sometimes too....i tend to do a few things....one i make it a point to say how sweaty and stinky i am (they tend to keep their distance once that is said) or i do a polite head nod and keep my headphones on and focus on my Kindle. or pretend to be way too out of breath to talk. I freakin cant stand it…

just purchased Isagenix today! going to start it as soon as i get it. realisticly i hope to a 2 day cleanse then do the shakes 2x a day 3-5 days a week. I know that with my boyfriend i wont be able to be completely on the diet. i hope that helps with my weight loss and my over all nutrition.

i usually get really pink and sweaty plus whatever muscle group i worked gets huge....cant tell u how hard it is to not look in the mirror after leg day and be like "WHAT THE HELL Y ARE MY LEGS SO BIG???"

your weight loss stall is probably due to eating too few calories. initally starting on a very low calorie diet will cause a dramatic weight loss. however down the line it will slow your metabolism down and your body will store whatever few calories you consume to keep basic body functions working, for example your brain…
