You should do both! Try BodyRock in the am before you eat breakfast (the workouts are free online, just google it and they only take 15mins) then rotate cardio and strength training in the afternoon. u need to add strength training three times a week. it will make a huge difference when added to the cardio you already are doing

whats your take on carb intake? how much should they be limited too? and how much protein is needed on a low carb diet? I am aiming to lose 10-15 lbs i seem to have stalled despite eating clean for the most part

if that was my diary i would say the problem is too much sugar and too many carbs. try cutting your carbs back to 100 a day for a few weeks. its not low enough to make u tired and cranky but i think that is what usually helps with me. also try protein for breakfast instead of ceral. i always find my weight loss/ body fat %…

i did protein shakes for breakfast however i got bored with it....now i make protein pancakes. i mix the powder with liquid egg whites until its a batter consistancy and fry it up in a pan! its great!!!
