i think tanning definately does make you look slimmer and defines muscles but its not worth the risk of cancer in my opinion. try using some of the self-tanning moisturizer they are pretty decent!

all these tips are so great! i drink so much water and take green tea extract! workout 3-4 times a week at the gym and do HIIT in themornings before work

everyone says that! its easier than you think! just watch the videos and do the exercises and join in on a challenge if you want! Its HIIT which is supposed to the amazing for weight loss

can definitely see a difference in your thighs and stomach!! dont loose steam!

although its easier said that done its more about how you feel. do you have more energy typically? are u able to do more crunches or can you increase the weight that you are lifting? things like that....i have a hard time letting go of the number on the scale too. so i know how you feel.

Hey I'm 5'3'' 149lbs and a size 4-6. My goal is to be down to 140lbs by mid April. this is week two for me on MFP and week 2 of BodyRock.tv I have lost one pound (almost) so far. Cant wait to get back into awesome shape for my trip to vegas and for the summer! any tips and advice are greatly appricated!

neither one will be completely accurate. calories burned while exercising is a formula based on your bodyweight and heart rate achieve by working out. if you want a more accurate calorie count i would recommend and heart rate monitor with a chest strap. the one i have is by polar and is by far the best thing i have bought…
