I got up and went and burn 1183 calories in an hour! I feel much better and not as sluggish as i did this AM. Wednesday nights i do stick around for a 2nd class of zumba and was thinking about doing strength training in between classes. I need to have variety in my food, i cant keep eating the same things otherwise i get bored and i will then stray off and go crazy on junk food! Good Idea tho!

I dont cheat unless i absolutly have to! I try no matter what to stay within my goal. I dont have a weekly cheat day and i wont start one. If i need to have something to "treat" myself i will make sure it fits into my calorie goal and if not, i wont over do it! Good Luck!

I am going throught the exact same thing RIGHT now, the scale has not budged for me for a week and a half BUT i know i've lost weight because i can see and feel a difference in my clothing! I have decided to, as jennmodugno said, hide the scale until i am finished with my cycle. It drives me crazy! I dont get food…
