Well in my opinion, any type of water intake is BETTER than soda and this is why. At a 12 minute mile running at 5 mph for the entire half marathon would take you 2.62 hours, if the max time is 3.5 hours you got it in the bag! Good for you for running! Thats something to be proud of!

WOW!!! Thank you to everyone who has given their experiences and advice!!!!! I cant do reverse crunches because of my lower back, ive had surgery in the past, i will try bicycle crunches and lifting heavier on the machines. I really appreciate everyones response!!!

I go to Zumba several times a week (two times a week i do back to back classes for 2 hours) and do the 30ds. I find it hard to give it my all on nights that i do 2 hours of Zumba but regardless, i still get it done!
