Question re: 30DS

Hi, I know a lot of you are doing 30DS and I am going to start soon, question is, are you meant/ok to combine it with other exercise? I normally go for 10+ mile walk/runs and dont really want to get behind with my progress in that area!!

    You can do whatever exercise You like. I am just about half way through the 30 DS and I play tennis several times a week, walk, and do other random exercise. Stick with it. I am on level 2 and I have lost some inches already. Its so short that you should have time to do other stuff.

    im restarting 30DS, im on Day 2 today and ive combined it with a load of other exercises haha
    i think ill change that when i hit L2 as that was really tough first time around
    do whatever your comfortable with :)

    I go to Zumba several times a week (two times a week i do back to back classes for 2 hours) and do the 30ds. I find it hard to give it my all on nights that i do 2 hours of Zumba but regardless, i still get it done!
