Thanks!! I do have a hard time getting enough protein! Thats one of the many things I plan on working harder on!! I am going for a total health change in the new year I want to workout right eat well and love myself lol :laugh:

I do plan on making 2012 the year I change my life for the better! I dont plan on working out that much all year I just wanted to kick start weight loss! I guess there is really no such thing as fast when trying to lose! sigh!! I have weight loss goals and I have measurment goals and I really want to hit them by July 2012

Well for one thing losing half a lb per week is great at least you are losing!! but if I was you I would eat about 1480-1500 cals per day and make sure you are working out 3-5 times per week on top of that!! if you dont want to work out at least try dropping your calories.. So I did my test. I did 16 and kinda did a 17th one. I am going to stay back a week just because I wanted to move on with at least 18. I will re test next week :-)

Finished day 1 on week 2. Def getting better I can do 7 in a row now Prob worse than all u other ladies but I'm happy I am getting stronger could hardly do 3 for the test. I will get to 100. But I think it might take me longer than 6 weeks Anyways I did a grand total of 25 tonight :-)
