May 16, 2016 * Get 15k steps (or more!) * Eat no more than 1800 calories * Finish my project at work so I don't have to stress about it any more. * Be positive and happy with my family when I come home for the day instead of carrying the work stress home!

I am 5' 5 and 3/4" and my goal is 118... which is a little on the low side, but I am built very small. I think it just depends on what body type you have.
