Yeah...filled with slide shows and complicated recipes one has to much through. Who feels like going through 335,000 results? Perhaps she was looking for a more "personal" recommendation. When I am off work I like to throw these ingredients in the crock pot early morning, then go back to bed for a yummy treat later, which…

I suffer from the same problem: DRASTICALLY. I don't know what it is, but it's like I can't stop myself from walking to the kitchen and nomming out. Like seriously having a whole footlong, plus this and that in one sitting. And then I end up getting so full and disgusted with myself, and feel down. So before it starts to…

I'm in! My starting weight this month is 148.8 and my goal is 143. I will be doing 30DS and maybe some Rin30, with some intermittent cardio days (hopefully). Since I am getting back on the bandwagon my focus is to get back in the habit of logging my meals and being accountable.
-
I've never heard of that...off to Google!
-
I want to join! I was planning on doing 30DS already anyway. I've done 30DS once all the way through but not consecutively, so I'm excited to start again.

Hey I'm 24 and have 20 pounds to go. Lately I haven't been as on track, but looking to change that now and in the coming weeks. Also looking to expand my network and keep better tabs on my diary. I'll add you!
-
Agreed. Jimmy John's and their lettuce wrap option beats Subway any day of the week!
-
I would love to join too! I've been packing the pounds back on lately after losing fifteen pounds, and hopefully a group like this will help galvanize me.
-
You guys did great! I've decided not to work out everyday so I'm just now about to start level 3. I haven't taken my measurements and I will take pics when I'm actually done but I am down 9 lbs so far from 149 to 140. It feels wonderful just as I'm sure it's amazing to watch yourself visually shrink so much in a month. Way…

Pilates is the best! It's basically strength exercises that focus on posture, breathing, proper alignment and stretching. It's very effective because of how it tones you increases your balance. I prefer it over Yoga because Yoga is just too slow for me. Good for meditation but I prefer Pilates. I learned the basics from…

Day 5 was pretty much a snap (relatively speaking) and I definitely feel my endurance building slightly. Even the lunges are getting a bit easier for me which I'm proud. Today will be day 6 and I'm actually exicted to see if I can do the WHOLE entrie thing without breaks and see how much the bicyle crunches kill me.
-
Haha not quite. I do crank mine up to 90 when working out for that extra sweat. I like the feeling plus I think it accelerates the weight loss aspect.
-
Definitely agree on the lunges and squats as being the hardest exercises. On the lunges, not sure if I'm even doing them right. My arms lift to the side when I do them but Im hoping that's not too important.
-
Just curious how the weather affects the workout?

Wow that sounds like a cool app Im going to check it out it might help me out. I decided in taking some rest days, especially after I start a new level. I believe I will probably feel a new level of pain and I definitely had to take a rest after my first day. Other than that Im going to try to just listen to my body to…

It's good to hear day 4 is getting easier for everyone too! I'm starting to get a little more into the lunges and squats now that the initial soreness is over with.
-
Yeah the first two days after my first day was brutally painful. Which is why I had to actually skip what should have been my second day. Yesterday I just had to just push through the pain for Day 2 and today the soreness is minimal and I'm about to do Day 3. It honestly does get better although I am kind of intimidated by…

Ditto, and well said. I'm just trying to focus on eating well and making good choices, not committed to eating this or that specifically, and a balanced diet.
-
Still pretty brave lol.

Also try mixing two types of fruit in a baggie to bring along for something different. For instance I like pineapples and red grapes together, or blueberries and raspberries. This taste mix is always interesting and never boring. Or any fruit with a dollop of lite cream. It makes it feel indulgent when its truly not.

Tortilla chips and salsa. Stick to the whole grain type or some other healthy one. About 8 of those and 2 tablespoons of salsa and you have a perfect 100 calorie snack that could satisfy your craving.
-
You guys are brave! No way could I display my barely covered naked body to just about everyone I know. Not at this stage at least! But I will be taking before and after just to for my personal pleasure ;)

This is my first time participating in the 30DS or any weight loss challenge, so I'm very excited and glad to have a support system. Through diet and this workout I'm hoping to lose at least 9 pounds this month and a ton of inches. I previewed the workout the other night but don't plan on counting that day towards my…

I'm going to be aiming for the morning workouts because I have about an hour and a half between sending hubby to work and getting myself out the door. That leaves time for getting my workout in, eating a good breakfast and getting dressed. I also plan on doing some Pilates in the evenings for a good stretch. This workout…

So here's mine, Thighs: 23 Hips: 40 Waist: 32 Bust: 32 Height: 5'1 Weight: 149 pounds I realize with this program alone its mostly inches that are lost, so I do plan on mixing some some extra cardio in there to accelerate the weight loss aspect. I'm excited though. I previewed this workout two days ago and I'm still sore…
