  • There's a really active low carb group on here that should be helpful. Just go to groups and they are on one of the first pages.

  • My hourglass is shaping itself out again. I can see the cuts and curves in my shape and I love it. I am clearly losing inches and I am experienced to know how much that counts also. I am naturally eating less calories, so I am no longer fighting to stay at goal. Some days I have to force myself to eat dinner which is…

  • Good for you for having a treat and still staying within your budget!
  • March 4 Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? Yes. Did I stay within my calorie budget? Yes. I love how this challenge motivates me to stay within. Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes and I find I'm overestimating sometimes because if I cheat I only cheat myself. Am I still eligible to win March's challenge? Yay!
  • March 3 Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? I've upped my ante to about an hour these days! Did I stay within my calorie budget? About 150 leftover after workout out. I left about half my workout calories on the table today. Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yup yup. Am I still eligible to win March's challenge?…
  • Brazil Butt Lift workout I hear is good also.
  • Hey Erica. I'm Shanese and feel free to add me! I've been at this (again) for the past two months with a reasonable amount of success and one of the things that helped me definitely was MFP. Getting on and making friends that encourage and support make a world of difference kept me motivating myself most days to log in.…
  • I recommend Jillian Micheals workouts because she has a really nice big selection and can make your own schedule or just follow what she has going on. 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 are her most popular and are great for following back-to-back. Less than $8 each on Amazon, available digitally and in DVD, and I think has…
  • Thanks I'll check in after I'm done!
  • March 2 Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? Yes Did I stay within my calorie budget? Yes (barely with 13 calories to spare!) Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes Am I still eligible to join the Winners' Circle as a March winner? Yes!
  • Can't wait to start tomorrow! We're gonna get shredded!
  • March 1 Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? Yes I did 31 mins of Cardio Fix. Did I stay within my calorie budget? Yes I was about 150 under after exercise. Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Logged every bit!
  • Starting weight: 149 Current weight: 142 Goal weight: 128 March goal: 138 Calories: 1450 Workout: T25 and 21 Fay Fix hybrid
  • Hey guys I'm Shanese! I need this group because last month I set a goal of 5 pounds and only lost 3, and that was due to my not logging, eating t my calorie goal and exercising everyday. I am still proud of what I have lost, but I know I could be on a more consistent path. My goal this month is 4 so that I can at least…
  • I really like the setup of this calender! I've done Alpha but not Beta, and did the 21DF in between, so it will be a nice mix of old and new for me.
  • I'm doing the 21 Day Fix right now but I do actually have both and would love to do a hybrid of sorts!
  • Looks yummy!
  • After a full glass of water you may not want anything else. Maybe try taking a teaspoon to tablespoon of some peanut butter to actually ease your cravings. The taste of what you want plus the fullness...plus knowing you should probably get back to bed!...should do the trick.
  • Week 4 D4 for me today. I'm happy to say I've been following the schedule mostly (my rest day ends up unintentionally being on Friday sometimes) but I've been loving the burn. I haven't had super crazy weight loss, just four pounds. But I've lost inches in conjunction so combined it's a decent loss on the program. Next…
  • Please share so I can Google it to death...thanks!
  • It sounds like you are developing an eating disorder, and I think you need to reevaluate your goals. Why 117 pounds? I'm 5'2 and my goal weight is 128 based on my bmi. I'm a below average height for a woman, so chances are your goal weight is about the same or higher, and if you're toning you should be great. At a minimum…
  • I agree with what the others are saying. I have a moderate amount of weight to lose at about 20 pounds, but I refuse to eat less than 1400 calories a day. I'm currently at 1450, workout 5-6 days a week anywhere between 25-60 mins, eat some of my calories back some days, less on others, and I'm doing just fine. I have three…
  • Well that's good! If nobody else does I will start a group closer to the time it comes to start.
  • Yay I found a group! So please no more promos! I just wanted to know about non-coach people who wanted to try something new. There's a lot of info online, including Coach materials, if you look for it. Have to be a smart consumer! Anyway I will be doing a test group so I'm just excited to try something new. I saw a really…
  • Not what I learned in Biology!
  • I think the gist of it is water keeps the body's motor or metabolism running, as we all know water is an essential element of life. And for some, though probably not all, drinking water before or after a meal helps to decrease the appetite.
  • It's available on Ebay for about $30-40 http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_sacat=0&_nkw=t25+gamma&rt=nc&LH_BIN=1
  • So I just started the program two days ago, which puts me at Alpha Total Body Circuit today, which I haven't done yet. My honest opinion thus far is the workouts require a lot of coordination, which I DO NOT have, but as Shaun explains, speed and agility are the goals here. Those would be two amazing things for me to have…
  • I use the standard size cans, not the teeny ones. I suck at measurements because I rarely ever use when cooking. Might also depend on how much you're trying to make. Mine served four comfortably. Also forgot to add about onions and green peppers in the recipe!
