Yes it would. :flowerforyou: After a few weeks though, it should start improving as your body adapts to the altitude. Once it has fully adapted, you will notice a big difference when you run at sea level again. Most athletes train at altitude nowadays or use a hyperbaric chamber.

MFP database is sometimes very wrong as well where Sodium is concerned. Any food showing 0 or 1 mg has usually been entered incorrectly. 40/40/20 With the issue of being starving, it's no wonder. Most days you are netting below 1000 calories. Food = Fuel. Eat some of those exercise calories back if you're hungry :wink:

If you look at the labels on the food that you buy, very few of them list the potassium levels. You can't enter what you don't know.
