I'm 6'3 currently around 260 and I am at 1750 calories a day (sometimes less). I have found that if i eat "real food" I dont get hungry until meal times. When we do bigger parties we normally do the $1 pulls. So we put all the horses names in the hat for each race, you pull a name for $1 (we do a $5 pull on the Derby) and of your pull wins, you get the pot. Wave 3 Normally has the entire race card on Derby day. I think Oaks day too but I am not sure. Wave then turns over to the national NBC affiliate for the big race which is to bad. do not stretch "cold" muscles. you can hurt yourself badly. I like to do a little warm up, then stretch, then the "heavy" work out, then another good stretch.

I run and doing the best I can with the 5x5 lifting system. Sadly my work schedules do not allow me to get to the gym every other lifting day so I do what I can. (I am hoping the work thing fixes itself soon)
