Does anyone know of a QUICK, LIKE RUNNING OUT THE DOOR high protein food for breakfast? Greek fatfree yogurt seems the best with berries to eat as you ride/drive.

This question is a bit opposite but I'd like to understand why mfp says to eat 1340 cals a day (without exercise) when it also tells me my bmr is 1363. Shouldn't i eat 1363, plus exercise cals? I noticed some posts about more cals helping to lose weight. Maybe I'm totally confused.

is there a way of getting the best protein for a commuter? Right now i use an overnight-thawed tortilla wrap to grab when running out the door.
