I have the same kind of issue.. I do not eat very well.. junk food all day all the time.. I ate a pint of ice cream a day for 2 months and other awful stuff. gained 6 pounds and felt awful..I have always been a binge eater... Thanks for posting this and I will definitely give this a read... I didn't think I was going to hulk out or anything. I was just mostly looking for exercises less focused on arms :o) which I have definitely found a ton thanks to so many great posts.. ya!
