need over night shift help
I work over nights.. I am typically awake at noon every day and up till 7 am the next day.. on work nights.. I nap during the later part of the day so I do get some rest.. my problem is this.. i do ok controling my food during the day but once I get to work.. I am having a realy hard time staying under my fat grams.. I have no problems staying under my caloric intake.. but by lunch I have like 5 grams of fat left for the day.. and I hate vegtables.. can anyone give me some low fat food ideas..
