day 1 .. Fit test results

So I see people often post there fit test results from insanity on here.. So I figured if I post mine and make it public I will stay better motivated to kick my scores *kitten* next time.. 1. switch kicks-70... 2.power jacks-42... 3. power knees r knee-86.. 4.power jumps-30... 5. globe jumps-10... 6. suicide jumps-14... 7.pushup jacks-20... 8. low plank oblique-60... I thought was in pretty good shape till I did this fit test hahaha holy jelly legs hahahaha.. "dig deep"

  • 10 Globe jumps is really good, especially for your first time. I just did my 3rd fit test and only got 10. We all have to start from somewhere! You will be impressed at your results. Keep digging deeper! : )

    thanks I play roller derby and do workout.. so am not foreing to exercise.. I just suck at cardio.. so I am hoping this workout changes that :o) dig deep
